ISEC12 - Calm Before The Storm
Tomorrow International Sim Action Motorsport will embark on one of it's most challenging races yet, the 12 Hours of Sebring. Teams from LMP1, LMP2 and GTE will battle it out to be crowned champion from the green flag at 1PM GMT with qualifying from 12:10PM.
The test races are done and dusted, the entry lists finalized and the final race briefing and pre-race checks are over. Now it's time for the race all of ISAM has been waiting for. Coming into the race, the field is close and fiercly competetive, setting the scene nicely for an epic duel from the early hours of the afternoon through the evening sunset and into the dead of the night.
WHO TO WATCH FOR: Force Canada LMP1HY look to be the favourites following the pre-race testing, with Jonathan Ethier, Pat Woods and Victor Ivanov at the wheel. They should be in the fight for pole come tomorrow afternoon.
Revolution Racing LMP1HY are also looking rapid, setting the time sheets ablaze with hotlaps. They should be particularly strong in qualifying much like Force Canada so prepare for a close fight for the coveted pole-position.
KSM Racing GTE were particularly strong in the roar before the 12 hours, especially Andreas Schmich, technical issues forced them out of the running, but they will definitely be determined to defeat Sinister Racing this time around.
